My full time job is, Woodalls Total Comfort Systems, where I am the owner. This business specializes in providing heating and cooling to the surrounding counties. While the summer is the peak season for my business, I find getting away from the office and exploring the underwater world very relaxing from the stress of everyday business. While I have been working in the air conditioning business for nearly 15 years, I have been scuba diving for four years. To date, I have nearly 250 logged dives. I began my open water diving with an interest in visiting local dive sites. These sites included the many ship wrecks off the Panhandle of Florida. While diving in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, I have partaken in spear fishing activities, underwater photography, and underwater videography. Experiences I have as a diver include night diving in the fresh water springs of Florida, as well as the Gulf of Mexico. The environment I have encountered scuba diving has driven me to continue my diving education to the point of teaching others, so I might share my enthusiasm for the sport and the environment in which it takes place. Turning others on to the peace of the underwater world gives me great satisfaction. During the 2 years I have been a PADI instructor, I have certified nearly 60 divers, to include, open water divers, junior open water divers, advanced open water divers, and enriched air open water divers. I have certifications to teach specialty courses to certify divers in Night Diver, Underwater Navigator, Deep Diver, Search and Recovery Diver, Wreck Diver, and Boat Diver. These specialties are offered in the PADI diving program of study. Learning to dive opens a whole new world of opportunity which include assume vacation destinations, world travel, and artifact finding. Helping others to learn the FUN in diving increases my enjoyment of the sport.
