I am a sergeant with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office in Marianna Florida. I have been in law enforcement for 15 years. Ihave beenassigned as the sheriff’s office dive team unit commander and am responsible for coordinating and planning the dives when the team is called upon to respond. Diving situations include but are not limited to: evidence recovery, underwater crime scene searches, rescue of persons and property, body recovery etc… Most of the call outs involve adverse conditions which include zero visibilty. I have been diving since 2002 and mostly enjoy recreational diving, springs, rivers and the Gulf of Mexico. I am a certifiedinstructor able to teach:

  • Open Water
  • Advanced Open water
  • Rescue Diver
  • Master Scuba Diver
  • Nitrox
  • Divemaster

My favorite diving includes underwater navigation, search and recovery, and artifact hunting. I am teachingScuba classes at our local college, (Chipola College), and want to introduce people to the underwater world, so they can experience the thrill and excitement of breathing underwater and learn how to safely.
